- To help build up a strong industrial base through development of ancillaries.
- Encourage local community by giving them preference in employment in the company and promote a grow-together approach with all its contractors/agents/sub-contractors/strategic business partners.
- To ensure that the ecological balance is not disturbed due to industrialisation, through pollution control, wherever required.
- To reinforce Government’s efforts in promoting social justice to the people at large by formulating corporate policies on employment, welfare, workers’ participation, consistent with the Government’s policies.
- Promote use of Bangla as a medium of communication.
